Kevin connects our independent contractors with mystery shops, communicates the requirements, and answers their questions. He works to make sure client requirements are communicated as clearly as possible and also follows up with shoppers to make sure we provided all the information our clients need.

Experience & Background

Kevin graduated with a degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He first started working as a part-time proofreader for IntelliShop and later joined the team as a Field Staff Coordinator.
